Leadership

Acacia Valley HOA leadership positions are as follows:

Position Contact Responsibilities
President Vacant Facilitate regular board meetings, serve as tie-breaker vote in disputes over policy interpretation, and provide guidance to HOA members in times of crisis.
Treasurer Vacant Determine and maintain the HOA‘s legal status, ensure that member dues remain affordable, and conduct social welfare analysis of HOA activities in furtherance of the association’s strategic objectives
Secretary secretary@acaciavalleyhoa.org Triage public inquiries and forward to the appropriate stakeholders, guide prospective members through the membership activation sequence, and maintain various pages on the wiki such as the calendar.
Webmaster webmaster@acaciavalleyhoa.org Maintain the wiki, manage member email and wiki accounts, maintain the domain’s SSL certificates, and keep software up to date in accordance with the home device security policy.
Board of directors Vacant (4 positions) In addition to the board leadership positions above, these four additional board members who can vote on policy and membership decisions.
