Welcome

🏡 Acacia Valley HOA is a low-touch HOA that values inclusion, tolerance, and transparency. We pursue moderated growth in furtherance of our strategic objectives.

Welcome to the Acacia Valley HOA wiki!

This wiki serves as a central repository of HOA strategy, policy, and history. It is also a gathering place for HOA members to connect, plan events, and extend our strategic objectives.

See the sidebar at left for navigation.

4th of July celebrations

Acacia Valley HOA is pleased to announce our 4th of July celebrations! This is a secular, nonpartisan, international opportunity to celebrate anything and everything that expresses our core values as codified in the HOA‘s strategic objectives.

For the 2026 celebrations, the HOA intends to highlight strategic objective #1: tolerance as an object of heightened celebration.

Be sure to contact HOA board of directors with plans for any celebration you’d like to contribute to this year’s event, especially if it would increase the level and awareness of tolerance in our humble, vibrant community. Virtual and in-person celebrations will be given equal consideration.

Please note that due to our strategic objective of moderated growth, while the HOA has a time budget allocated for the 4th of July celebrations, no monetary funds are currently available.

What’s new

We would like to have an association-wide yard sale, but our policies prevent us from doing so until we have a treasurer. If that could be you, check out the Leadership page for information on our vacant leadership positions.

We need a coordinator for the upcoming farmer’s market! We also need market participants. Here is the farmer’s market banner, pending coordinator approval:

🌽 The Acacia Valley HOA farmer’s market showcases a diversity of farmed goods from across the organization’s membership. The farmed goods symbolize our homegrown spirit, and the diversity reinforces our strategic commitment to tolerance and inclusion.

Contributions sought

Please bear in mind that the wiki is still a work in progress as we migrate our policy library and organizational heritage from our previous, offline content management solution. Members of the HOA can help contribute; see Wiki account.
