Acacia Valley HOA‘s policies and membership decisions are designed in furtherance of four strategic objectives:

1. 🕊️ Acacia Valley HOA strives to create a tolerant community that welcomes members of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives (see Membership).
2. 🪟 We value transparency in our operations. We document our policies and strategic objectives on our wiki (see Policies). We encourage members to contribute content to the wiki to enhance its utility and visibility.
3. 🌳 Acacia Valley HOA pursues moderated growth in membership, scope, and policy. We seek new members, but not when doing so places undue strain on the association’s clerical and technological resources.
4. ✌️ We are a low-touch HOA. Our strategic vision is to serve our community and develop policies that promote harmony and inclusion while allowing broad freedom in interaction, communication, and style.

The four strategic objectives are crystallized in the organization’s strategic digest, a tagline that appears in the header of the HOA‘s wiki and on the letterhead of all printed correspondence. The strategic digest comes in a short form:
